The Hancock County Health Department is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Hancock County Health Department. The RN will be involved in a wide variety of program and services at the health department which include but are not limited to Home Health, Labs, Immunizations, Communicable Diseases, Emergency Preparedness, and more. Applicant must have one year of nursing experience, must be able to assess patient needs, provide wide variety of skilled needs, possess knowledge of disease processes and health care management, be excellent in multitasking, and possess exceptional customer service skills. The applicant must have a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and their own professional liability insurance. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
